brasidas bought for low 30s in unv and sold to the lowball deal. God knows why. But imagine holders would be happy at a 100% vwap of recent weeks of a 30c takeover for TER. Technically that's a 100% gain based off TER vwap logic
perhapa they d accept theb to roll into a bigger company.
