what cairn do is rather material to FAR at this stage been a key player in the JV which is looking at reducing costs and potentially changing delivery timelines all critical for FAR; cairn are also a more reliable source of JV information than FAR.
also rather important is we are aware Cairn is looking to sell down a % of equity at the right time and that could impact FAR/ present an opportunity as the buyer may want more than cairn want to sell and it also overlaps into WPL who have suggested they want to increase their position
