I just watched Business Weekend on Foxtel. interview with the CEO of Compass Asia Pacific. 60,000 plus employees in Australia. He was asked about what's happening on the ground in China and what it looks like going forward. what caught my attention were his comments around Australia building successful businesses in China. His personal opinion included comments like 'the Chinese must be involved from board level down' and 'the businesses must be run by Chinese in China were they understand the market'.
Once again, it sounds like NET have taken the correct approach with Chinese directors and partners.
I also saw NET retweeted a headline 'Chinese apps profit from millions staying at home'. My understanding is that some NET products should be perfectly suited to be a solution for some of those needs.
There just seems to be so many reasons, based on known market information, suggesting NET should be a beneficiary of this strange new world. Unless there are things that we haven't been told they should be receiving money from multiple sources (China Telecom, SSI, iLinkAll, Pinnacle, Grant Thornton, Onyx, JAST, World Bank, isoftstone and numerous others). I do not want to be told the next quarter will be The One'.
I don't expect they will release the 4C until late on April 30. I hope they are trading before then.
