The processing plant isn't commissioned. At depends on how well the asians are at building stuff, and unfortunately nothing seems to be finished on schedule now-a-days, which may test short-termers patience, as they yhink if they didn't have all this money tied up they could be making 10-bagers elsewhere.
And look at how much acid they need to process their ore.
I don't think transport costs will be a huge factor, as They are shipping a concentrate for re-fining.
Despite this LYC at these levels looks pretty attractive.
I am a big believer in the positive looking future for REE's.
