Don't you think that the reserve banks around the world can see the problem, isn't that why they are doing everything to strabalise the financial markets. Once they acheive this and they will over the coming years they gradually increase regulation to unwind this mess.
The governments are Guarantee all loans between banks. Inject billions into the banks and take part ownership. Reduce interest rates. Obhama is also talking about a memorandum on mortgage defaults.
On top of this there is some kind of asset behind the CDO's.
And let's not forget the higher inflation that will come out of all of this mess will help governments around the world pay off their debt.
