Ultimately I think the class action will fail,but hypothetically,if ANZ were to buy on market now,they would be laughing,the SPs of a lot of these microcaps are now so damaged by huge volumes of illiquid stock being forced onto the market by them,and the subsequent subprime events,that they will be millions better off,all caused by the same culprit...irresponsible greed.
