Might have something to do with an article in the SMH a week ago saying more or less FAR were in dire straits and WPL has plenty cash for acquisitions after canning expenditure and projects.
One other reason could be cash calls and the ability to pay.
Usually the SP gets pumped up before a capital raising.
Look at OSH today, a CAP raise at low prices to survive.
