    I have never seen AFR far off the money
    They reported long ago recapitalization will be 30 to 35 cents
    Dacian just had to pass 2 obstacles..
    Gold price and production....These have been met
    But since the report we have the coronavirus
    yet to be seen if that changes things.

    I am sure Investec will take on $150 million debt anyhow

    So refinancing should be plan B..... if Plan A was to Fail
