Re: water, "they're still looking"?! "missing ingredient"?!
Did you read the section of the announcement "Groundwater Licence"? They're no longer looking for something they've already found. It's not missing, it's there. Sounds to me they don't need a water licence, only doing it because of EIS commitments, and the EIS is already approved.
Here's the telling part, "Arafura has the option to establish multiple production bores and begin producing from them in advance of securing a groundwater abstraction licence."
If it's water that's holding you back from leaping in, think again! You should stop relying on pre 2010 information.
