This is pretty bad as long term holding goes. I'm not sure where we go from here anymore. Chris' departure marks the end of fast-tracked development and a shift in focus. With imminent CR on the horizon, I'm not even sure what's holding the price up. It seems quite bleak.

Perhaps we'll hit bonanza gold by chance drilling in the next couple of months...
