I think they are surely going to need a capital raise this year, it could be at a steep discount given the macro situation.
Spain is going to be a mess for the next 6 months due to the virus, I don't expect much of anything to happen during this time and say another 6 months after that for the next tick in the approval process.
I've been in an out of HFR several times but ill be sitting out at least until the next capital raise because it's going to be very dilutive IMO.
