I tend to agree it appears a little simplistic..But imo only it appears a positive.ie on pass port u r declared immune to virus'.
What u suggest makes sense,but a concern I have had is chinese factories re opening.I felt thats fine but what if one person walks in and the virus spreads again resulting in factory/ sector closing again.
Hmm I just feel its an interesting development even taking into account yr post.
