Well if you are waiting for certainty to return to the markets, you are going to be waiting forever. The highest level of certainty happens moments before the biggest crisis. I think you can only go on past numbers. WBC has supreme numbers. The historical EPS and DPS are massive at the current price. What else is there to go on? I reckon the Guvnuts will not let WBC carck it either.
