Yes Chris came in with promise, delivered on DFS development, increased the size of the prize and represented himself and the lithium asset well. However, whether due to external or internal reasons, couldn't deliver a funding term sheet or BOA and was not willing to buy on the market (his choice) which is what shareholders demanded in these trying times.
