The lake used for storing the tailing holds water that's not suitable for drinking and not suitable for irrigation, what effect does it have to add fluorine to it? make it more deadly? To kill what? My AAA batteries probably contains something deadly, my in law's jug which he uses to dunk cigarettes butts in are deadly. That doesn't mean I suckle on my battery and drink that black liquid... unless you plan on drinking that water and lick that rock, GBB, if not, tell us what's the problem?
