If they want shareholders to vote on the management rights issue and buy back (if another vote required) at the end of November as previously flagged then they will need to announce something by end of October at the latest in order for the requisite time period to be satisfied. Fingers crossed BCM are close to negotiating a great deal for BCM shareholders with BNB.
