I would like the directors to change their mind set with the restructure board and cost control. If they cannot do it themselves, they should employ someone with the capability to make things happened not waiting for things to happen. The right candidate should understand the culture of the Chinese who owns most of the current end users. Be able to mix and establish connections and able to create opportunities to do deals. Only through such efforts will create interest and made the company a desirable one to be acquired. Kevin was such a person but was unable to work out of his comfort zone, thus the best of intentions of shareholders efforts were wasted. Hope management should be more open minded and not just worked out of the comfort of their office like the previous board.
