With the exception of a one off payment to families, that may or may not be wasted on who knows what
There is a one off payment to pensioners, So I assume you are against pensioners getting more money, people who are more likely to spend the extra money on essentials rather than imported luxury goods
First home buyers grant increase - as close to a payment directed to a particular area as you can get
And bringing forward infrastructure spending - again a funding that will go to very specific areas.
