To me this looks like some very good news coming.
It always takes longer when dealing with overseas companies or investors ,so likely to be Chia ,and a bigger deal than usual.
If it was just a million it would have been done by now ,so IM thinking this raise is to do with a significant amount and that the only way to raise enough cash for the Bromine plant build would be to bring in a investor company as a joint venture partner in the Paradox Basin brine project.
I think its highly likely that Anson will have to hand over 40% to 65% of the project to a company who will fund the entire project to production ,that would be a good outcome for ASN holders ,as we would end up with a percentage of a brine resource potentially worth well over 10 billion dollars ,particularly for Bromine.
The longer this takes ,the more significant this cap raise is going to be in my opinion.
It just makes sense that a Chinese company would want a strategic stake in a USA Utah based Bromine resource ,so I would not discount some very good news on a joint venture ,be it this time around or in the future.
Australian rules around foreign companies ownership of Australian companies ,normally results in project joint ventures ,so I see this as the best avenue.
Better to ignore the stupid comments made by some ,as they have no clue of what is going on like the rest of us.
Looks like good news is on its way ,in my opinion.
