Who knows, the market is very unpredictable at the moment. I did note a few days ago that I think APT will fluctuate around $20 for the time being. For me the reason was that APT has had a solid run up as value investors bought in however I'm not sure if there is a justification for the SP to move higher right now. There still needs to be a discount to ATH based on macroeconomic uncertainty.
In my opinion many investors would like to see a business update or significant macroeconomic improvements before they can justify paying over $20. Having said that, if it closes above $23 this week it could be a break-out from the $20 channel into an upward trend.
If you are holding longterm I'd try and forget about the daily fluctuations. It really is a guessing game at this stage.
