Given the massive dilution, the current market cap at $10 would be $1.80B.
This $1.80B MC would be valued at $18 prior to the cap raise. Yet it went down to <$10. I think it still has much further to fall. Mostly to $5.50 to get to a fair value of $1B imo. Nevertheless it is a good business for long term hold.
