Your current landlords situation is one situation.
Im sure there are many good and bad on both sides.
If you dont think rents will go up well they are going up, so its not a maybe its a fact......however I havent seen many house prices coming down around me.
Ive heard the same noise for 12 months now....when does the big drop start?
