It all depends on whether the west, mainly the U.S., is going to receive all or most of the $6.5 trillion that Beijing owes for all of this Wuhan virus mayhem. WBC could be a major beneficiary if Beijing does agree to compensate the west for the mayhem caused by the virus but we will see.
