GR,no u don't know me.I'm not sure what the student thing is but as far as marketing goes it would appear much better than penns rubbish ballet awards or showing off his art collection or giving out gender awards or not getting involved in the unique opportunity energy provides tls in australia etc etc .
Helping the young/students is good as they grow up as future users.Yes a bit cold but good business imo.
Anyway, have replied to banks, wow and tls financial guidance. As posted,i still feel the banks have to deal with another series of hurdles, that being the new developing banking businesses model including new entrants like face book, apple pay,ali pay ,amazon etc.
    This is after the drought,bushfires,corona.

So when i read developments on my other holdings i'm happy to go along for the ride,so far it makes sense in various ways due to the varying bisiness models.

Then i read tls exchange etc.mad.png
I have 3 major issues with tls.
    - it would appear to me tls is not using its very expensive network to establish jv's and take a stake in the jv business regarding ebitda not just provide the connectivity.ie taking a material percentage of the ebitda .

-maintaining a bigger enough superiority in tls's network to differentiate it from optus and tpg when 26ghz auctioned ie not just the network but also applications and especially services tls could offer around the same time as 26g ghz auction.examples being developing esport and energy infrastructure.
-finally taking advantage of business acquisitions due to technology developments and tls's 50% mobile and fixed customer base and tls being australia's largest marketing co but not making the profits it should from being australias largest marketing co.
I'm sick of reading opportunities,i want to read about decisions management makes that will increase profit.

An example from a sml co in how to establish a real jv compared to tls's jv's.
Yep my little steel co's chinese jv with one of the worlds largest steel producers and also a clean green steel producer in china.
bis offered their steel technology to form a jv with this massive co,the jv involved bis getting a 30% equity stake in the jv and 50% of the ebitda from jv in return for bis's steel technology.Bis could not afford to build another plant outside australia as the cost would b approx $150m ,bis has paid approx $3m to establish above jv.The initial $3m has been return to bis in divs from jv plus millions. The jv will contribute approx 20% of bisalloy's ebitda this year and continue to grow until bis believes the jv will b the largest q&t supplier in china etc .and the jv ebitda contribution will continue to grow.
Now compare above jv with tls's jv with deceaux for tls's phone boxes.Tls leases the phone boxes to deceaux ?
Tls should have bought eye corp now (oml) and developed the nfc advertising/new technology phone boxes themselves so the ebitda would b material for tls's pathetic sensis joke of a business. If they needed deceaux's experience then a 50% jv in australia across all deceauxs business.Tls has enough market power to get better deals in its jv;s.

I don't want to b posting on tls's various opportunities,i want to read about material developments in tls's business developments and not that the chairman believes tls's profit will drop by 50% or penn carrying on about the competition and penns ballet awards etc etc.

I could b wrong about tls's guidance,i'm only listening to penn and chairman and then in 2022 we have the 26ghz auction.
ps DG pe of 6.7% hmm did i read the figures wrong or was eps at .46 cents .?.That would give u a pe of 6.7% sp 3.20 lol i do need new glasses Otherwise how do u get a eps of .46 cents.?Maybe as per guidance the .46 cents eps is over next 3 years.
ps GR,i could easily sell out of tls,but if there was a management change i would start butiny back in .
