Hi Reggiemiller, Agree with all the reasons you have given. I hope some novice investors read and stop selling at ridiculous price. Centro assets are recession proof. Worst case liability of CER due to CNP failure is 39cents.But that will never happen as it assumes the write off of entire SuperLLc and derivative contracts with CNP. Even at worst case the NTA would be 88 cents. If you calculate NTA at worst case with current exg rate, it would be $1.30. It is way way undervalued. It is a profitable business. I am sure Orbis have done their research on similar grounds.
Few more weeks (hoping only 3 weeks) to wait for some sort of news on debt equity swap. That should move sp in a big way.
