The cognitive dissonance is real! For tenants you view it as a huge crisis that's nobodys fault. For the landlord, it's tough shit, you should have seen this coming and made contingencies? Can the same not be said to the majority of renters?
Don't get me wrong, I dont think mass evictions and homelessness is the answer. I just think the burden is disproportionately and unfairly high on landlords in this scenario.
