excuse me in advance for the silly question, but what will the potential value of shares be? say, if everyone participates (unlikley), will the dilution average down the value of each share from the current price $2.65 to around $2.17?
Calculated as: 2.65 (current price per share) + $1.70 (cap raise price) / 2 shares (1 old:1 new) = $2.17
this is assuming that everyone takes up the offer so in lieu of this occuring, the true value won't be known until the cap raise has finished?
am i on the right track?
