After the announcement from government yesterday about rental agreements (of businesses between tenants and landlords), it has made a guideline that companies need to justify a proportionate decrease in rent with their loss in income.
There has been a lot of uncertainty about this and lead to the significant drop in share price for SCG (and the infrastructure sector).
SCG has also secured additional funding to be able to manage their company during this time.
Assuming that the government can open the economy after a decrease in cases in a few months time, while ensuring we don't import cases of COVID-19, then SCG is looking quite attractive to me.
