Presumption of innocence is for the legal process, where the prosecution have the burden of proof.

Once the case has been completed, there is no presumption of anything.

So you are free to presume whatever you like, as you are not part of the legal process.

The claim that the courts have deemed Pell innocent of the crimes is straight out BS, as the courts have done no such thing.


As I have said, you (and others) are free to post the explicit quote from the High Court where they said Pell did not commit the crimes.

The fact that you can't post it, shows you and others are just talking sheet.
