I don't see how it is a ridiculous statement "Management has not shown any success in running a profitable juice business etc " as I am simply referring to the income statements published by the company. FOD has not turned a net profit since June 2018.
Given the materiality of the sales in the new sanitizer business unit to date, management is obligated to update the market when any new material orders or changes in business operations occur. This is a listing requirement
If in fact, FOD does receive the full margin on the white-labelled bottled hand sanitizer then why doesn't the company say so? Where does your "understanding" come from? Can you please cite a specific market release stating this?
As for your comment that the share price is under pressure due to the Chairman failing to take up his rights by the deadline is not accurate. Personally I am glad that the Chairman has missed the deadline as I don't wish my own holding to be further diluted by someone that promised significant increases in sales and access to China, but to date has only sold a couple of containers of juice.
I would like to see management be more transparent about the business and operations, something that it has avoided for a number of years under the current and previous CEO. I think it is a great idea for shareholders to reach out to management, especially at a time when there are so many business opportunities and risks. All shareholders are owners of the business and should all feel that they have a voice as to how their company is run. I am enthusiastic to see this business succeed and am looking at it objectively and hoping that with more transparency the share price can improve
What I will say, based on how factually incorrect a number of your earlier posts around when the company reports earnings etc. I would encourage you to do more thorough research before posting.
