    Beach Pertroleum Drilling Report today Thursday.

    Brownlow-1 is expected to spud Thursday 16 October or Friday 17 October 2008. The Ensign-30 rig is on site in PEL106 in the South Australian Cooper Basin. Brownlow-1 will be targeting gas/condensate reserves in Patchawarra Formation sands, analogous to the Raven and Middleton fields. This well is the first of two wells to be drilled by Beach Petroleum Ltd to earn a 50% interest in the Beach Farmin Block within PEL 106.
