I have been interested in mgx for a long time but still not going to buy. Well, not yet anyway.

Here are some useful cliches and self evident rules that have kept my capital base in tact and growing for a very long time:

Dont try to catch a falling knife,

If you try to pick the bottom all you end up with is a dirty finger;

The trend is your friend - follow it;

ALWAYS use a stop loss/ sell strategy - I use 5% off buy in or previous high;

The easiest thing to do in share trading is buy, and the hardest thing to do is to sell.

Beware greed and fear. Try opposite emotion trading

Finally,

be careful - very careful at the buy in - be slow to buy and quick to sell.
