Continuous disclosure is required however Listing Rule 3.1A is very significant and very important. See below.

Look at 3.1 A.2 below, where information is confidential it does not yet have to be disclosed.

Further and more relevantly imo look at the 2nd exception under 3.1A.1 "the information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation".  Until such time as a deal is signed , sealed and delivered it is of course an ongoing negotiation and incomplete.

It may well be that matters of negotiation, confidentiality and incomplete proposals are been finalised in time for next week. If a negotiation is then finalised then there will be something that needs to be announced.
