I agree with your sentiments Buckets.
The so called pay cuts is only an illusion to make us SH think that for once they are lifting their heads out of the SH funded trough, but in reality they have their heads in deeper. BLG staff are not taking pay cuts instead they are shafting us SH again by diluting our holding by taking up shares equivalent in value to what they have said they will take in pay cuts. Every one around Australia at the moment are taking real pay cuts, not Giles and Co.
