Macraes is in readiness mode and probably quietly functioning on a very limited basis. Waihi is also in readiness mode and should crank up again once NZ moves out of Alert level 4 which is looking increasingly possible once the next two weeks are up.
So just waiting on the green lights.

All the foundations have already been put in place by Mick Wilkes and hopefully Holmes can deliver on the plans.
