hi all, just some interesting news from the US cyber industry. A major security firm,PaloAlto networksin march bought a Wan solution provider, CloudGenix for $us 420m, and last year bought 1. Zing box for $75m, 2.Demiston for $560m, 3.Aporeto for $150m, 4.Twistock for $410m and Evident for $300m in cash. The story here is that Senetas is dealing in an industry where companies buy any other target that they think has a product that they need and that they have not developed. The facts are that hardly any of the Top 20 shareholders in this company will make any substantial gains unless Senetas is sold off and a short term increase of the SP to 10, 15 or 20c will not able them to cash in. There are 2-3 people on the Board that have no control or input on what happens to the Senetasincome, so the question is , what are they doing???SO far the revenue generated by Senetas does not justify someone paying something like 20-30c, but if Votiro proceeds in the next few months to have a major presence in the US and the French accreditation comes through by June, then a target of $30c aust makes Senetas very cheap and I believe that all shareholders would agree. Just remember that Thales at present cannot sell to any EU govts and they do not have any access to the File Disarmer market worldwide. Buying Senetas gives them all this. GOOD easter to all.
