Now that the joke of liquidation has occurred and shares are valued at 16/10/08 after another huge plunge in the market I will be taking legal action regardless of any offer and this will be 1 payment for shares at highest traded price since mar 27 plus interest since that date. 2 payment for half of CGT liability on 1 3 payment for effects of actions I took as a result of shares being taken 4 payment for decisions made that were caused by shares being taken 5 payment for loss of normal family life.As some would know weve had a baby during this last 7 months.Now 31/2 months old claims for 1 to 4 run into many millions dollars and 5 should be more than 1 to 4.
I will not give up until I been settled for 1 to 5 in full.Had ANZ done the right thing the claim would be 10% of 1 to 4.The documentary evidence that I have including emails from ANZ is overwhelming. I will also appear on TV at the appropriate time to tell my story.
