Concerns about cash burn and CR are understandable, but this is a start-up, and this is not DT’s first rodeo. A totally expected and acceptable risk IMO – especially at current SP.
For me the hidden gem in this ann is the Brokenwood sign-on. Cassella is huge, and brings with it huge creditably (and volumes), but Casella is in another league from most wineries. Conversely, the small sign-ons, will likely encourage other small sign-ons. But Brokenwood, IMO, sits in a sweet spot for supporting DW8's growth. That is, Brokenwood is big, but not too big.
