Why should there be an announcement? They'd already said in the original Ann of SleepCheck that it would soon be listed on the ARTG so this was already a given! The paper work is just a formalisation. Also, it's a good sign when a Co isn't putting out an Announcement for every tiny milestone they hit as it means they are probably busy and have better more juicy achievements to announce soon!
