But Andrew is'nt that part of the same problem,rampant speculation in real estate,driven buy real estate agents warning young people to "get in now or you'll never get another chance"inflating an unsustainable bubble.Perhaps your example is not a good one,because anyone who took out a mortgage under the circumstances you describe gets no sympathy from me.Look where they are now.I live in Perth,at that time there was no need to put yourself in a situation like that.
