No update on Varm and dont hold your breath and i would say nothing is happening with Malta as they dont have the cash ,yes they raised the cash over a year ago and spent it.Seems the operations they have are not even operating.If you seen the latest raise they got a bit more than half of what they wanted and that amount is less than what they currently owe.They say miracles happen around this time of year..good luck!
