Value... I confess a bias. I didnt love the N3 structure .. It seems an expensive way to generate leads to me.
I think the cost is worthwhile if they close as well , which I thought was original intention for smaller leads butif all they do is generate leads , that is very expensive .
In one meeting I heard them rave about N3 leads but I also heard the bottle neck was LVT's ability to close those leads with its salesforce. Leads get stale, so I think that balancing lead generation with sales completion capacity is important.
But I may be wrong and if N# generates high qualified leads that are easy to close then obviously it is money well spent. I would like to see some color on how effective N3 is, Clearly it led to a boost in sales in 2018/19 , when they went form sub 10 to 20 quickly. But its an expensive alternative to developing a really good partner channel.
