I agree with JandJ: " IMO the details of the settlement are very much in the interest of shareholders of the company, regardless that the Company has said it is not material to Focus."
How did the company allow these guys to have a hit at us? Were we lax in looking after the area and paperwork? Perhaps these guys have done shareholders a favour by rattling the cage and shaking Focus out of hibernation.
However, still hate throwing away money unnecessarily.
