Funny how you want to blame unions and not mention corporate mismanagement at all.
Unions account for about 14% of workers. So, 84% of workers are not in unions.
Very highly paid executives making huge mistakes with no accountability at all ?
E.g. Australian car industry. Made the wrong cars for years to the point that Australians were buying imports because that's what they actually wanted. An industry that was massively subsidised and once those subsidies disappeared, so did the manufacturers.
Australian banks. Gross mismanagement over decades. Government resisted banking investigations. Why ? Because it highlighted the incredibly poor management decisions.
