Hingdog....you have a view and that is the way to go....but also be flexible and rational enough to change..the wise railway track worker always gets off the tracks when a train is coming but gets back to work when the train has passed.
Personally I believe the final trains have not passed and I'm waiting a bit longer until I see them pass...I've been working on train tracks all my life ( so to speak) and" I've seen enough" to suggest we are heading to a very busy time for trains passing!!!!!...I'll just wait until they've passed.
