Hey guys, I checked WEB's announcement. They will raise in total $346m and the current Market cap is $398m, which means the number of shares will be roughly doubled.
Before this equity raising, I'm thinking, ok, WEB was around $8.5 and now is only $2.6. It will go back to $7 or $8 once the business back. But after WEB doubled its number of shares, the price will be back to something around $4 when the business back?
I'm not sure if my understanding is correct. Please let me know. Thanks.
