I’m saying the journalist who wrote the piece has misreported (or misunderstood). issue#2: ‘“once the device is implanted it stays in situ and the healthy tissue around the tumour is not impacted by radiation” Kenny said’. It’s their own implant info published on their own website, so I assume they have no problem with it inviting commentary. . Are the findings on those scans consistent with the quote? issue#3: no, using better (best) chemo in your trial isn’t a device concern. But it becomes a relevant and limiting point when comparing different trials from different eras and claiming you’re better than something. That’s just good science.
