@dimitri.vid Sadly you clearly will never own more than one home with that mindset.Lets see you say that it's not okay to ask for rent, when you own your own an investment and the Tenant stops paying, for what ever reason.Owning investment properties is a business, an investment, hardly different than stocks, it's not fleecing hard working Aussies of their savings as you put it. In fact, many successful people including many Tenants, have investment properties of their own, but you according to you they all just lazy, right?... Given your response I won't bother to argue the point, as I'd be a fool to think that I would win a debate with an idiot (moderator this is a figure of speech, I'm NOT calling this fine Mr Australia 2020 nominee an idiot).
