The Murray-Darling Basin can be linked to Wivenhoe dam via Toowoomba water supply - a big desal plant on Moreton Bay could free up, say, 50 GL pa for Condamine River near Warwick's Leslie dam (60 km pipe from Toowoomba). Link to Stanthorpe (Storm king Dam). Condamine goes north to Chinchilla, then south to Darling via border rivers.
