Sadly I think you will find that Indonesia is indeed a Third World country. It may have a GDP higher than Switzerland but that is spread over 30 times more people and it is this figure that puts it in to the 3rd World category.
Overcrowding and little access to good medicine is going to reveal how this virus will be difficult to contain. India is in the same boat with very low medical staff numbers per head of population.
Expect huge death tolls to appear from countries like these and an unknown time horizon for such countries to contain the virus. This is the reason the world will not be returning to "normal" for quite some time.
